Frederick house is a new home, registered in August 2024. The home was registered to accommodate and provide care for two children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (EBD) and those with learning disabilities (LD).

The home is decorated modernly and located close to local amenities within Knowsley. There is spacious living room at the front followed by a second open plan living room attached to a large dining and kitchen area. There is a laundry room where independence can be built upon and up the stairs there are 2 large bedrooms for the each of the children, supported by a staff sleep in room and a large bathroom.

The homes Registered Manager has another very successful and consistent home within our service (Leigh House). She continues to be enthusiastic and passionate about the care that both her and her team provide for the children with a wealth of knowledge. The care provided is conducted in a therapeutic and child centred way, always capturing the child’s views, wishes and feelings. The children are at the heart of everything the home does, and she aims to replicate and excel with the care provided within Frederick house.
